The Board of Directors of Opportunity Bank of Montana has appointed Laura Clark, executive vice chief financial officer, president, and chief operating officer, to president effective April 1. Miranda Spaulding will be promoted to chief financial officer/senior vice president for the Opportunity Bank of Montana effective April 1. Spaulding, CPA, was promoted to vice-president in 2018 and is currently the company’s director of finance. She has been at Bank since 2013 and is armed with more than 20 years of expertise in financial reporting for public corporations. Spaulding has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accountancy diploma at Montana State University. She is certified as a public accountant and participates in the Montana Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
