It has been announced that Stephanie Hudock, the professional engineer, was appointed an associate and joined the company’s management team. Stephanie has been the manager of the water studio and is a senior engineer. She has a decade of experience in the field and seven years working for the company. Stephanie is a key figure in stormwater management, including stormwater design and flood mitigation, stormwater quality, and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. She holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering — Water Resources from Colorado State University and a degree from Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Sanderson Stewart is thrilled to announce Chris Naumann has recently been appointed associate. Chris is an associate planner in the studio for placemaking. With over 14 years of experience working as an urban place manager, Chris focuses on planning to reach the three-bottom line: economic, cultural sustainable, and environmental. He is a part of the Bozeman community, where he sits on numerous boards and councils such as those of the Greater Yellowstone Coalition National Council and the Northern Rockies Economic Development District Board, in addition to others. What are the implications of changing Federal Tax Laws Impact Your clients” The course discussed the latest tax law reforms implemented over the past few years? The Board of Directors of Opportunity Bank of Montana has appointed Laura Clark, executive vice chief financial officer, president, and chief operating officer, to president effective April 1. She will be joining the Board of Directors on that date. The company hired Clark in 2014 in the role of senior vice chief financial officer and president. Her career spans more than 40 years and encompasses several executive roles. Clark has a degree in business at Montana State University in Billings. She is a board member for ExplorationWorks and Montana Independent Bankers and is a member of the Helena Rotary Club.

Miranda Spaulding will be promoted to chief financial officer/senior vice president for the Opportunity Bank of Montana effective April 1. Spaulding, CPA, was promoted to vice-president in 2018 and is currently the company’s director of finance. She has been at Bank since 2013 and is armed with more than 20 years of expertise in financial reporting for public corporations. Spaulding has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accountancy diploma at Montana State University. She is certified as a public accountant and participates in the Montana Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Jessie shows her dedication to providing valuable real estate services by completing the 60 hours of instruction in licensing in addition to taking the Montana Broker Examination and satisfying the requirements for sales transactions, including 30 home sales and 10 commercial or agricultural sales within the last three years to be licensed as a broker.
