The World Health Organisation (WHO) claims to have verified 64 attacks against health facilities within Ukraine since Russia began its incursion just a month ago.

“Attacks against health services are in violation of international humanitarian law however; they’re a disturbingly widespread strategy of war. They damage critical infrastructure; however, they also cause despair,” said Dr. Jarno Habicht, WHO representative in Ukraine.
